The Wahoo Speedplay Power Pedal System is an advanced system that adds the benefits of a power meter to an already high-performing road pedal. This version uses dual-sided sensors for a Total Power reading and Left-Right Balance data. Total Power adds together the total power of the left and right pedal and is accurate to within 1 percent. Left-Right Balance gives insight into your power distribution so you can monitor weak spots in your pedal stroke and improve pedaling efficiency and cadence. This can be especially useful for riders coming back from injury who overcompensate, favoring one side. The Power Pedal System is already being chosen as the top pedal for many professional road racers and triathletes.
This breakthrough power system is centered around the success of the Speedplay Zero Pedal. These pedals are known for their low weight, excellent durability, and amazing power transfer. A slim profile allows riders to confidently take on corners at high speeds. They are also easy to customize with three-axis adjustability and up to 15 degrees of float. A lower stack height and a freer range of motion helps all riders find their most comfortable, aerodynamic, or powerful position. Riders can clip in from either side, making it as easy as possible to get moving. The pedals come with standard tension cleats but are also compatible with easy tension cleats. The Wahoo Speedplay Power Pedal System takes an elite road pedal and combines it with groundbreaking technology.
Power readings will be consistently at your disposal regardless of how long your ride is. The battery lasts 75+ hours on a single charge and comes with a charging kit. Low battery can be indicated on your ELEMNT computer, Wahoo Fitness App, or the LED indicators on the pod. They also automatically calibrate as you ride and adjust with the changing temperature. The actual power mechanism is small enough that it only raises the weight of the pedals from 222 grams in the standard Speedplay Zero version to 276 grams with dual-sided power meters. This makes them more than capable of becoming a part of your lightweight road setup. When it comes time to ride indoors, they can be combined with the Wahoo Kickr Roller for accurate power in simulated riding. Regardless of your goals, the Wahoo Speedplay Power Pedal System will help you reach them.
