First of it's kind DIY Off Road Trailer Kit for the off road enthusiast that enjoys building those awesome garage masterpieces. This kit consist of laser cut heavy gauge steel that has tabs and slots designed into the parts for an accurate welded assembly. The details are up to you, leaving endless possibilities for customization.
This trailer kit is designed to match the size of a Tacoma bed (52.5in x 73.5in) so that it is compatible with the truck accessories. We will also be working on creating add-on accessories to make this trailer even more capable.
AXLES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE KIT.
We designed this around the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspensions (PN # ASR35HDS01) for the best ground clearance. The hole locations are laser cut into the tubing for mounting these particular shocks. Includes beef up bracket kit as well for the axle-less suspensions.
However, this trailer can be built with other axles options of your choice. This will require customer measuring and modifications based on your axle and what works best for you.
The oversized heavy duty fenders are built to fit 30- 40in tires.
Note: 40in tires will need 2in to 3in spindle lift option with the Timbren Axle-less suspension.
This kit only includes the laser cut tubing , steel sheet, and formed metal to complete the basic frame and side rails. You will need to supply your own flooring material as desired (ex: decking boards, sheet metal, expanded metal, etc) We recommend 3/4 in sanded plywood with bed liner coating on all sides.
We will also be including a tailgate kit with hinges, support cables and Latches.
Additional accessories such as Molle panels, inserts, side panels, etc. are available on the website for add on options.
