Beyond Tent's 30'x40' Classic Series West Coast Frame Tent Commercial Grade delivers 1,200 square feet of clear-span, center-pole-free covered space — one of the largest single-run formats in the West Coast frame tent lineup. 16 oz blockout vinyl, NFPA 701 certified, any-surface installation, built for large-scale events, festival operators, and government procurement.

The 30'x40' seats 100 for a formal dinner, holds 8 dual vendor booth stations, or accommodates 120 standing guests in an unobstructed clear-span environment.

Beyond Tent supplies commercial-grade tents exclusively to rental operators and event professionals — not a big-box store, not consumer equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions: 30'x40' Classic West Coast Frame Tent

Yes. NFPA 701 certified with permanently attached label. Compliant for parks, fairgrounds, parking lots, government sites, and all public venues.
2) Is this tent expandable?
Yes, expandable configurations are available. The standard unit ships with a single-piece tent top. For expandable multi-section setups, call 866-296-3868 for a quote — our team will spec the right configuration for your needs.
3) Can it be installed on concrete or asphalt?
Yes. Heavy-duty concrete ballast blocks or water weights at each leg. No ground stake modifications required.
4) How many people does setup require?
4–6 persons. Build the roof skeleton on the ground, install the canopy top, then raise onto perimeter legs. Plan for 1–3 hours depending on size.
5) Does it have interior center poles?
No. All 1,200 sq ft completely clear — no poles, no guy wires, no interior obstructions of any kind.
6) What is the peak height?
12 ft peak with standard 7-ft eave legs. 13 ft peak with optional 8-ft legs. 5 ft pitch across the 30-ft width.

10) Is custom printing available?
Yes. Email [email protected] with artwork files for a custom print quote.

13) How long can it stay installed?
6 months or more for long-term semi-permanent installations.
14) How do I maintain the vinyl top?
Warm water and mild soap after every use. Fully dry before storage. Never fold wet — causes permanent mold staining.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
