At their core are Vallon’s proprietary V52® performance lenses, made from lightweight nylon polyamide for exceptional optical clarity. With an ABBE value of 52 and full UV400 protection, these lenses deliver sharp, accurate vision in bright mountain conditions, while remaining around 20% lighter than comparable performance lenses.

The aviator-shaped frame is handmade from premium acetate — a non-petroleum-based material that’s lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic. Finished with a nod to vintage mirror-coated ski eyewear, the Ski Aviator blends retro style with dependable modern performance.
