🌞 Nova Sun 100W LED Grow Light – Sunlike Spectrum for Clones, Side Lighting, 2x4 tents, Veg, & Mothers

The First True CMH Replacement for Early-Stage Growth

Introducing the 100W Nova Sun – the most scientifically accurate full-spectrum LED designed specifically for clones, seedlings, mothers, and early veg. Powered by our patented Emerald Green + Dual Red Terp Boost Spectrum, this light mimics the natural sun better than any traditional "blurple" LED, T5, or CMH fixture.

🔬 Why It’s Different

  • CMH-Style Spectrum: Balanced output across blue (450nm), green (520–550nm), red (640–660nm), and far-red (730nm) – including a new Teal Peak aligned with natural solar radiation.

  • Dual Red Peaks: Strategic use of 640nm + 660nm improves both chlorophyll A/B efficiency and photomorphogenesis (Zhen & Bugbee, 2020).

  • Green & Teal Light: Shown to penetrate deeper into plant canopies and regulate stomatal opening and shade responses (Folta & Maruhnich, 2007; Snowden et al., 2016).

💡 Ideal For

  • Clone racks & propagation shelves

  • Mother tents & early veg rooms

  • Vertical setups & intercanopy light supplementation

📊 Technical Specs

  • Output: 270 µmol/s

  • Efficiency: 2.7 µmol/J

🧪 Supported by Science

  • McCree (1972) – Full-spectrum PAR from 400–700nm supports all key plant functions, not just red/blue.

  • Zhen & Bugbee (2020) – Adding far-red light increases quantum yield and canopy penetration.

  • Folta & Maruhnich (2007) – Green light impacts photoreceptors, enhancing early vegetative growth.

  • Snowden et al. (2016) – Far-red combined with red light improves leaf expansion and rooting.

  • Park & Runkle (2018) – LEDs with added 730nm improve growth rates in vegetative crops.

  • Kusuma et al. (2020) – Even small changes in spectrum alter secondary metabolite production, including terpenes and cannabinoids.

🛠️ Built to Last

  • Field-serviceable design

  • Waterproof conformal coating on board

  • 1-Year Warranty

The role of red and white light in optimizing growth and accumulation of plant specialized metabolites at two light intensities in medical cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.)

https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/plant-science/articles/10.3389/fpls.2024.1393803/full

“at high PPFD white light with a dual red peak of 640 and 660 nm (6B-19G-75R/2Peaks) increased terpenoid concentrations compared to the other spectra. At low PPFD, the combination of white light with 640 and 660 nm increased photosynthetic efficiency compared with white light with a single red peak of 660nm, indicating potential benefits in light use efficiency and promoting plant dry matter production. These results indicate that the interaction between spectrum and PPFD influences plant dry matter production. Dividing the light energy in the red waveband over both 640 and 660 nm equally shows potential in enhancing photosynthesis and plant dry matter production.”

Good book for children, an abundance of information
Format: Paperback
This book is ideally for children who will be traveling to London. It's very packed with information and places to visit, almost to an overwhelming way. The book starts with a fill-in section for children to fill out who's traveling and how they're getting there. It follows with some information and history of London, including a mention of Hamleys Toy Store (I wished they had put more about Hamley's in there -- it's one of the largest toy stores in the world!). It delves into how you could get around in London-- by Bus, Tube or Taxis. It continues with the array of tourist attractions that you can visit in London, starting with Buckingham Palace. The list includes the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, the Gherkin, the House of Parliament, and Trafalgar Square. It mentions the numerous theme parks, zoos and aquarium that you could visit. For children that enjoy a real scare, the book mentions the London Gundeon and London Bridge Experience, which could actually be too scary for children (there are actors there with mock-chainsaws that chase you!). Towers the end, it informs you about the London Eye -- essentially, a large version of a Ferris Wheel. I would say that this should go towards the beginning of the book because it should be one of the first things done to better see where everything lays out in the city. The book mentions shopping spots, including Oxford Street, Bond Street, Knightsbridge, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, and Piccadilly. I had wished they mentioned the Camden Markets -- where there is great street food and you can bargain for your souvenirs. Camden was an essential part to my shopping list. The book also mentions the numerous museums and theaters that London have. It's impossible to mention all of them, but it hits the children-focused ones. The book tries to involve the children in the abundance of information it has. Like I said, it's almost overwhelming, but London itself is quite overwhelming. There's no way to be able to inform anyone of London without this much information, so this book is manageable and great for children. They could have focused a bit more on some items, but then they'd leave out other items. It did a good job trying to level out the fight of quantity vs quality amongst the tourist attractions mentioned. *** I have received this item at a discounted rate for my honest, detailed review. ***
