The 23Zero Armadillo Horizon sets a new benchmark in luxury rooftop tent hardshell innovation. With inspiration pulled from the Kabari PRO, Armadillo X, and Armadillo A, the Horizon merges sleek, aerodynamic design with the most popular features that matter most to overlanders and avid campers. It’s a 14 GA fully welded aluminum shell with rounded corners that looks sharp and offers trail-tested toughness and weather protection year-round.

This left-side-opening luxury rooftop tent features a high-opening gas-strut-assisted hinge for quick, easy setups and takedowns. The new design eliminates the need for front rainfly poles—replaced with an integrated hoop for simple rain coverage. Inside, enjoy 360° views through oversized windows (two 40” x 23” side windows, a 28” x 30” door, and a 43” x 7” rear window), plus a 36” x 20” skylight for stargazing.

Built for superior sleep, the Armadillo Horizon includes a plush 3″ self-inflating mattress with dual fill ports, allowing more interior space for bedding. ECO13B fabric with Light Suppression Technology (LST) creates a cool, dark retreat, even on bright summer mornings. The luxury rooftop tent also includes a built-in USB LED light bar (white, amber, and blended modes), bug mesh for all openings, and weather canopies for protection and airflow.

Storage is another Horizon strong point. From the overhead six-pocket gear loft and bedside storage to the dual hanging organizers and built-in boot bag, there’s a place for everything. A dual T-slot rail system on the roof supports 50 lbs of gear like solar panels or recovery gear, while the power module—featuring 12V, USB-A, and USB-C ports—connects via pre-wired AP-50 Anderson plug.
