• Light: He prefers bright, indirect light. A schefflera plant that gets leggy or floppy might not be getting enough light. Never place a schefflera houseplant in direct, full sun as this will burn the leaves.
• Water: Allow soil to dry between waterings. Water more frequently in brighter light. Never let the plant sit swampy. Overwatering will certainly not do well for Stefan.
